About Us

 

Dragonfly Cove Farm is one of several farms in the Dresden Farmlands area along Route 218.

 

Dragonfly Cove Farm is a small, diverse homestead farm located at the confluence of the Eastern and Kennebec rivers in mid-coast Maine. Joe Murray and Marge Kilkelly raise and sell goat meat, broilers, duck, pork, turkey and tanned goat hides. Individual cuts of meat, sausages, pepperoni, summer sausage and salami are always availabe at the farm. 

 

The Kitchen at Dragonfly Cove is a commercial kitchen producing great pancake mix, hot crereal mix and a vareity of treats.   

 

Goat meat is sold under the Thyme for Goat label, Thyme for Goat purchases goats for market from local farms who share our committement to animal welfare and care.  

 

Try a "Family Day on the Farm" - do chores, feed animals , collect eggs and enjoy a local foods lunch. Contact us for more information and to schedule your vist!

Our Produce

Dragonfly Cove farm has become a local center for goat meat, pork, broilers, ducks adn turkey.  Please try our farm made "Barn Raising Pancake Mix" and "Goatmeal" hot cereal mix as well. Fall is here and it's tiem for hearty breakfasts!

Dragonfly Cove farm is always on the look-out for small, local farmers who share our vision of providing fresh, high-quality produce. Our vendors have all passed rigorous quality controls and are regularly subjected to spot inspections, and only the best of their harvest is accepted.
